Piraeus Port Plaza 2 is a 23, 400 m² office campus located in Piraeus consisting of two separate buildings which were certified with LEED v3 for Building Design & Construction at Gold level in 2020 and 2021. An existing building was renovated, and a new one was built as part of the broader development program.

The Project integrated sustainability with architectural innovation across two structures: a pre-existing building and a new addition. The existing building underwent comprehensive retrofitting for energy efficiency, incorporating advanced HVAC systems. Sustainable materials and efficient water management further elevated its eco-friendly profile. The new building showcases cutting-edge design principles, utilizing passive solar strategies to minimize environmental impact. Both structures prioritize occupant well-being with indoor air quality measures. Through a harmonious blend of renovation and modern construction, the project exemplifies sustainable urban development, achieving LEED Gold certification.
