Piraeus Port Plaza 3 is a 41,000 m² office campus located in Piraeus consisting of four separate buildings which were certified with LEED v3 for Building Design & Construction at Gold and Platinum levels in 2020 and 2021. It is noted that the campus includes the 1^st ever parking structure in Greece to achieve Parksmart.

This campus Project transformed the existing buildings, including one for parking, into a model of sustainable design and functionality. Each structure underwent meticulous retrofitting, optimizing energy performance through efficient lighting, and HVAC upgrades. Water-saving measures such as rainwater harvesting, and low-flow fixtures enhanced resource conservation. The parking facility incorporated sustainable infrastructure like electric vehicle charging stations, promoting eco-friendly transportation. Landscaping emphasizes native vegetation and green spaces, fostering biodiversity and reducing heat island effect. Together, these enhancements established a vibrant, environmentally conscious campus, showcasing the potential for sustainable urban development while achieving LEED as well as Parksmart certification.
