The Omikron is a 12,000 m² multi-tenant office building located in Gerakas, Athens which was initially certified with LEED v4.1 for Operations & Maintenance at Gold level in 2020 and recertified in 2023.

The Omikron achieved LEED certification for implementing practical and measurable strategies and solutions in areas including indoor environmental quality, water savings, energy efficiency and waste management. In the era of the pandemic a sustainable building allowed tenant-companies to operate more sustainably and gave its tenants a healthier, more comfortable and resilient space to work. What makes this achievement unique is the fact that this is the 1^st-ever project in Greece to be LEED-certified with the use of the ARC dynamic platform.
