Kerameikos Office Building is a 10,700 m² major renovation office project located in Athens which was certified with LEED v3 for Building Design & Construction – Core & Shell at Gold level in 2017.

OTE Estate, had an aspiration to create a landmark building which consists of four parts initially built successively. The entire building complex covers nearly the entire plot and is leased to companies of OTE Group. The project scope focuses on organizing in the best possible manner the activities required by the prospective tenants.

Central to the Project was a commitment to sustainability, as evidenced by the achievement of LEED certification. This recognition underscores the building’s adherence to the highest standards in green building practices, including energy efficiency, water conservation, and the use of sustainable materials. By integrating these elements, the Project not only fulfills the operational needs of its tenants but also contributes to a healthier environment as well as urban regenration.
