The Element
The Element is a 14,350 m² building, located in Marousi, Athens which was certified with LEED v4 for Building Design & Construction – Core & Shell at Platinum level in 2022.
The Project allows its tenants to operate more sustainably and provides people a healthier space to work. Besides implementing practical and measurable strategies and solutions in areas including sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection, and indoor environmental quality, the Element is going above and beyond to ensure design and construction to the highest level of sustainability.
