STOP S.A. is a 5,400 m² Logistics Center & Manufacturing Facility located in Piraeus, Attiki, and the first warehouse to achieve LEED v4 for Building Design & Construction at Gold level in 2023, in the country. The STOP Warehouse has optimized advantages that extend to various sectors, including the construction of a resource-efficient facility and the creation of a framework to meet ESG goals.

Achieving LEED Gold, the STOP Warehouse sets a new standard for sustainability in logistics and manufacturing facilities in Greece. This significant achievement signals the gradual transition of the warehouse sector to more resilient facilities and to advancing sustainability in the built environment. By integrating advanced strategies for energy efficiency, resource conservation, and sustainable operations, the project demonstrates how industrial facilities can effectively reduce their environmental footprint.
