The Value Office Building is a 15,000 m² building formerly occupied by the historic newspaper Eleftherotypia which was certified with LEED v4 for Building Design & Construction at Gold level in 2022.

This major renovation project enabled the upgrade of an existing building structure, expanding its lifespan, effectively reusing building materials, and lowering associated embodied carbon. The zero-carbon challenge is still great, however the Value Office Building will always be a reference project which succeeded not only in its conversion to a modern sustainable working space but also to a hub of urban regeneration for Athens.
