Prodea Investments HQ is a 3,050 m² existing listed building, located in central Athens, which was certified with LEED v4 for Building Design & Construction at Gold level in 2020 and with WELL v2 at Platinum level in 2024. It is the 1^st ever project in Greece that has achieved a double certification as well as the 1^st one to pursue WELL in Greece.

Transformed into a state-of-the-art office space, this distinctive building now serves as the headquarters for Greece’s largest real estate investment company. Through the implementation of practical and measurable strategies across various domains including energy and water efficiency, materials selection, and indoor environmental quality, the project successfully attained LEED certification. Notably, Prodea HQ has also received certification from WELL, highlighting its commitment to enhancing the health and well-being of its occupants. This double certification signifies a prioritization of employee health and safety, while also maximizing the real estate value of the listed building.
