The new office building of Papadopoulos S.A., with a GFA of 2,900 m², is located at an industrial area of Tavros, Athens and has been certified with LEED v4 for Building Design & Construction at Silver level in 2021.

This major renovation of the existing warehouse and its conversion to a modern office space incorporated advanced strategies for energy efficiency, water conservation, and improved indoor environmental quality. The project integrated a comprehensive lighting system with energy-efficient LED fixtures to reduce overall energy consumption. Additionally, the use of low-flow plumbing fixtures significantly reduced potable water use, contributing to water conservation goals. Sustainable materials with high recycled content and low VOCs were utilized throughout the renovation, ensuring a healthier indoor environment while minimizing the building’s carbon footprint.
