Pileas Logistics Center is a 22,000m² warehouse facility, located in Aspropyrgos, Attiki which became the 1^st ever warehouse in Greece to achieve LEED v4 for Building Design & Construction – Warehouses & Distribution Centers at Silver level in 2023.

The Pileas Logistic Center has maximized benefits that are seen across all sectors such as building and operating a resource-efficient facility. With LEED certification the Pileas Logistic Center sets a pioneering example in the Greek warehousing industry. The design of this warehouse Project incorporated advanced sustainability measures, emphasizing energy efficiency and water conservation.
