The iconic MINION building, located near Omonia Square in the heart of Athens, has been transformed after nearly thirty years of inactivity. With a total area of 13,950 m², the project reimagines the legendary multi-store into a modern, bioclimatic, mixed-use development comprising restaurants, retail spaces, offices, and residences. This revitalization effort breathes new life into the urban fabric of central Athens, blending heritage with forward-looking design.

In 2025, MINION was certified under LEED v4 for Building Design & Construction – Core and Shell at Gold level. The project integrates sustainable strategies across design and construction, aiming to reduce energy consumption, enhance environmental performance, and promote long-term resilience.
