KPMG The Wave is a 4,895 m² major renovation interior office space project, located in Athens, which was certified with LEED v4 for Interior Design – Commercial Interiors at Gold level in 2024.

These offices are situated in the Wave building on Syggrou Avenue, which had previously achieved LEED for Core & Shell certification at Gold level. The significant renovation of this building has transformed it into a sustainable and modern office space, enabling KPMG, as its tenant, to operate in a more sustainable manner.
