Digital Realty Athens 3 is an 8,500 m2 data center facility located in Koropi which was certified with LEED v4 for Building Design & Construction – Datacenters at Gold level in 2024.

Digital Realty Athens 3 was developed to meet the increasing demand for premium interconnection and carrier-neutral data center services and complies with Uptime Institute’s Tier 3 standards. Achieving LEED certification for data centers is a crowning achievement in demonstrating commitment to smart energy management. Digital Realty Athens 3 prioritizes sustainability by integrating energy-efficient technologies and advanced cooling systems to reduce carbon emissions and minimize environmental impact, setting a new standard for eco-friendly data centers in the region. Following the certification of Digital Athens 1 & 2, this project continues the legacy of excellence.
