    Anthology of Athens, a contemporary 1,250 m² hotel situated in the vibrant center of Athens, has achieved LEED v4 for Building Design & Construction (BD+C) at Gold level in 2025.

     

    The project demonstrates a strong dedication to sustainable building practices and high environmental standards. Sustainability was integrated throughout, with particular emphasis on energy efficiency, water conservation, indoor environmental quality, responsible material selection, and maximizing daylight. These elements reflect the broader shift in Athens’ hospitality sector toward environmentally conscious development.

     

    The certification is a testament to the coordinated efforts of the design and development teams, who aligned every phase of the project with LEED criteria to ensure both operational excellence and minimized environmental impact. Services provided included sustainability consulting, energy modeling, life cycle assessment, and daylight analysis, all contributing to a comfortable, eco-friendly guest experience. The Anthology of Athens exemplifies how new hospitality assets can achieve international sustainability standards, supporting the sector’s adoption of ESG-aligned practices and contributing to Athens’ urban resilience and climate objectives.
