Agemar Office Building is a 27,800 m² prominent office project in Athens which was certified with LEED v3 for Building Design & Construction at Platinum level in 2018. The project hosts the Anangel Maritime Group, one of the largest shipping group of companies in Greece.

The certification was a result of a comprehensive and integrative design process that focused on energy efficiency, water conservation, and indoor environmental quality. Key sustainability features include advanced energy systems that reduce consumption significantly, a rainwater harvesting system that lowers potable water use, and a high-performance façade that optimizes natural light while minimizing heat gain. Additionally, the building incorporates low-emitting materials and enhanced ventilation to ensure a healthy indoor environment for occupants. These efforts not only reflect the Project’s commitment to environmental stewardship but also set a benchmark for sustainable office buildings in Greece.
