Sorou 8 Office building is a 15,500 m² office building located in Athens which was certified with LEED v3 for Operations & Maintenance in 2015. The Project became the 1^st Project in Greece to achieve LEED for Operations & Maintenance and was recertified in 2020 with LEED v4.1 for Operations & Maintenance maintaining certification at Gold level.

The building, comprising five above-grade and four below-grade floors, embodies a conventional office setup, accentuated by an extensive vegetated area on-site. What elevates this accomplishment is the unwavering dedication of both the property owner and the building operations staff. The certification’s attainment stemmed from a collaborative endeavor involving not only ownership and tenants but also contractors and building personnel.
