Eurobank Headquarters, a 4,650 m² building located in the center of Athens, was certified with LEED v4 for Building Design & Construction – Core and Shell at Gold level in 2024.

This major renovation of this existing building at the city center resulted in its conversion to a sustainable modern office space which will host Eurobank Headquarters. The Project allows its tenants to operate more sustainably and provides people with a healthier space to work. Besides implementing practical and measurable strategies and solutions in areas including sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality, the renovated building is going above and beyond to ensure design and construction to the high level of sustainability.
