Dorida 3 Logistics Center is a 8,500 m² warehouse located in Aspropyrgos and was certified with LEED v4 for Building Design & Construction: Warehouses & Distribution Centers at Gold level in 2024.

The Dorida 3 Logistics Center showcases an integrated approach to sustainable industrial development, combining efficient building systems with environmentally conscious design. It was developed with a strong focus on energy performance, water use reduction and minimizing overall environmental impact. Through the integration of advanced sustainability strategies from early design through to construction and operation, the project prioritized optimized energy systems, water efficiency, and the use of environmentally preferable materials.

Dorida 3 supports the functional needs of a modern distribution facility and also contributes to long-term environmental performance. As part of Greece’s growing portfolio of certified logistics centers, it sets a benchmark for sustainability and resilience in the sector.
