Cosmote TV is a 6,000 m² building located in Athens which achieved LEED v3 for Building Design & Construction at Gold level in 2019. The Project is the 1^st TV Studio in Greece to achieve LEED.

Transforming this existing building into a modern, sustainable TV studio posed formidable challenges. The unique circumstances and priorities required an exceptional level of energy cost optimization, surpassing conventional practices for typical studios. Implementing innovative solutions to maximize energy efficiency and enhance overall sustainability performance became imperative. This rigorous approach not only met but exceeded the criteria for LEED certification.

By pushing boundaries and embracing sustainable practices beyond the norm, the project not only met its goals but set a new standard for environmentally conscious studio design, showcasing the potential for sustainable adaptation in the media industry.
