Alexandras Offices, a 5,800 m² building located in Athens, was certified with LEED v4 for Building Design & Construction – Core and Shell at Gold level in 2021.

The Project integrates advanced strategies for energy efficiency, water conservation, and sustainable site development, ensuring high environmental performance and enhanced occupant comfort. Alexandras Offices also incorporates high-performance glazing and insulation to optimize energy efficiency while maintaining indoor thermal comfort. The building features a rainwater harvesting system and drought-resistant landscaping to minimize water usage and support sustainable site management. Additionally, the use of low-emitting materials throughout the building helps improve indoor air quality, contributing to a healthier environment for future tenants.
