Adrianeiou Street – Office Building is a 7,000 m² building located in Athens and was certified with LEED v4.1 for Operations & Maintenance at Gold level 2025.

All building systems have been verified to operate as intended, with preventive maintenance practices implemented to prolong their lifespan.
