Adidas Concept Store Ermou is an 835 m² flagship retail store located in Athens which was certified with LEED v4 for Interior Design – Commercial Interiors at Gold level in 2022.

The LEED rating system was implemented focusing on the unique needs of retail spaces by addressing different waste streams, energy and water loads, location, human health, comfort levels and much more. Adidas demonstrates commitment to its employees, investors and consumers and showcases environmental stewardship by setting targets to reduce its environmental footprint. A long-term goal to achieve carbon neutrality in corporate buildings is driven by the Green Company Program, an internal sustainability framework to measure and monitor energy and carbon as well as water and waste reduction. As consumers and occupants become increasingly aware of the positive impact of sustainable building strategies on the environment and their communities, it’s becoming more and more important to ensure that spaces are meeting their needs and values.
