Theta is a 3,000 m² building located in Kifisia, Athens, which was certified with LEED v4 for Building Design & Construction – Core & Shell at Gold level in 2025.

This LEED Gold-certified new construction & major renovation project featured an extensive upgrade of the building envelope, systems, and overall infrastructure, with a strong focus on energy performance and environmental responsibility. To boost thermal efficiency and lower energy demand, the design incorporated high-performance glazing and superior insulation. Cutting-edge HVAC systems and energy-saving lighting were also installed, significantly reducing the building’s carbon footprint. Water-saving strategies, including low-flow fixtures and a rainwater collection system, were implemented to ensure efficient water management. The renovation also prioritized sustainable practices through the use of environmentally responsible, locally sourced materials—enhancing the building’s functionality while supporting the local community.
