We are excited to announce that the Zoia Amalias Project, located at central Athens, which was developed by ZOIA, has achieved LEED for Core & Shell certification at Silver level. The major renovation of this existing building, which was abandoned for more than a decade, has contributed to the broader urban regeneration of a historic district as well as the extension of its lifespan. By prioritizing issues such as decarbonization, emissions reduction, resilience, green infrastructure, and providing resources to empower sustainability opportunities for tenants, Zoia Amalias Project continues toward the goal of creating a sustainable built environment at central Athens, ensuring long-lasting value and taking a significant step towards sustainability, and commitment to society.
