The end of a year full of challenges brings a result that holds a strong symbolism for all of us. The Piraeus Tower has been completed and certified with LEED at the Platinum level. More importantly, the Piraeus Tower has ceased to be an abandoned building that haunted the city of Piraeus. Thanks to DIMAND S.A., as well as PRODEA Investments and EBRD, the Piraeus Tower is now a dynamic landmark, it has come to life, and along with it, the entire local community. Therefore, it is fitting to say that the Piraeus Tower has just been born.

For all of us who had the honor to participate in this great project, the Tower symbolizes the passion and will of those who truly care about creating value in our cities. It symbolizes the power of synergies and the opportunities that exist next to us, in front of us. Within this framework, the Tower was reconstructed and became sustainable and resilient against the technical challenges that always come with such a complex project.

Above all, the Piraeus Tower symbolizes our readiness for new ventures and the new “adventures” that 2025 will bring us. Many wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
