ULI Greece & Cyprus organized on 23/11 a panel discussion and site tour of the OTE Kerameikos Building, LEED certified building at gold level, as part of the “Buildings we admire” series. Natalia Strafti, Grivalia Properties REIC‘s COO, Olga Itsiou, DIMAND SA’s Technical Director, and George Taboureas, OTE ESTATE ( MEMBER OF OTE GROUP)‘s Technical Director, participated in the panel discussion which was moderated by Charalampos Giannikopoulos, DCarbon’s MD. The discussion was focused on the insights and of the green labelled buildings in Greece, the challenges, the lessons learned and the future of the green real-estate.
