The Wave, a renovated project owned by Prodea Investments, is a sustainable building which focuses on minimizing environmental impact through building reuse and optimized design. Accordingly, the building will be more efficient, less polluting, and healthier for occupants, which will be beneficial in the rapidly evolving ESG reporting world!
