Just before the end of 2020, the Orbit, a multi-storey major renovation project located at Kifissias avenue at Athens, achieved LEED v4 for Core & Shell certification at Platinum level and became the 1st LEED v4 Platinum project in Greece. Accordingly, the “Orbit” has officially become part of the LEED Earth campaign which rewards the first LEED v4 projects in any country!

The Orbit implemented management practices to prioritize building efficiency, decrease operational costs, increase asset value and ensure productivity, comfort, health and wellbeing for occupants, hence meeting investment’s ESG goals.
