This 20,000m² office building located at Piraeus str. 222, Athens Greece and owned by owned by Shop & Trade S.A., has recently achieved LEED for Operations & Maintenance at Gold level. This result was achieved after implementing practical and measurable strategies in areas including sustainable operations, water savings, energy efficiency, waste management and indoor environmental quality. The LEED certification of “Building 222 Pireos Street” delivers a comprehensive framework for resilience to climate change that helps its tenants communicate achievement of ESG goals to stakeholders and addresses the overall environmental footprint.

The building was originally designed by Kokkinou – Kourkoulas Architects & Associates and developed by DIMAND S.A. in 2008.
