As Charalampos Giannikopoulos emphasized “Climate change requires a long-lasting change that is based on transparency, vision and an understanding that real-estate is ultimately at greater risk due to the impact of buildings on the world than what may happen to property values due to environmental or other social conditions in a changing world.
