In the framework of climate crisis the real-estate sector is undergoing a remarkable transformation with a new era focus on sustainability. What we’re witnessing today is not merely a trend; it’s a profound shift in values and green investment strategies to cope with climate change. This transformation emphasizes a double materiality approach as the basis of green finance. New challenges have arisen, with decarbonization being the most challenging one, which impacts already directly on new investments values. Aligning with the new frameworks for climate change mitigation will not be addressed as a cost- rather as a value-driver.
