We are excited to announce that “Pileas Logistic Center”, a warehouse facility owned by Trastor, has achieved LEED certification at Silver level, thus becoming the first ever warehouse in Greece to achieve LEED. This significant milestone for the industry signals its transition to more sustainable facilities and to advancing sustainability in the built environment. Our collaborative efforts with the entire Project Team, have paved the way for the Project to establish a benchmark for warehouses in Greece. Therefore, by achieving LEED certification, the Pileas Logistic Center has maximized benefits that are seen across all sectors such as building and operating a resource-efficient, healthy facility as well as established a framework for fulfilling ESG goals of owner and tenant, keeping up with market competition and demonstrating continuous commitment to environmental sustainability.
