We are excited to announce that “The Omikron” building, located at Gerakas, Athens has been certified with LEED for Operations & Maintenance at Gold level with 74 points.

What makes this achievement unique is the fact that this is the first ever project in Greece to be LEED-certified with the use of the brand new ARC platform. ARC helped “The Omikron” manage performance across five areas: energy, water, waste, transportation and human experience based on actual performance, hence empowering the project team and recognizing transparency and leadership.

“The Omikron” achieved LEED certification for implementing practical and measurable strategies and solutions in areas including indoor environmental quality, water savings, energy efficiency and waste management. In the era of the pandemic covidー19 , a sustainable building allows tenant-companies to operate more sustainably and give the people inside them a healthier, more comfortable and resilient space to work.
