Solon Logistics Center, a warehouse facility owned by Trastor REIC, has achieved LEED certification at Gold level. This significant milestone for the industry signals its transition to more sustainable facilities and to advancing sustainability in the built environment. Our collaborative efforts with the entire Project Team, have paved the way for the Project to establish a benchmark for warehouses in Greece. Therefore, by achieving LEED certification, the Solon warehouse has maximized benefits that are seen across all sectors such as building and operating a resource-efficient facility as well as established a framework for fulfilling ESG goals of owner and tenant, keeping up with market competition and demonstrating continuous commitment to environmental sustainability.

Solon is Trastor REIC’s second warehouse to achieve LEED certification, following Pileas Logistic Center, which achieved LEED at Silver level and became the first LEED certified warehouse in Greece.
