The new KPMG Greece offices in Athens have achieved LEED for Commercial Interiors at the Gold level. These offices are located in the Wave building, owned by PRODEA Investments, at Syggrou Avenue, which had previously achieved LEED for Core & Shell certification at Gold level. The challenging renovation of this building has transformed it into a sustainable and modern office space, enabling KPMG, as its tenant, to operate in a more sustainable manner.
