Charalampos Giannikopoulos, MD DCarbon  participated on November 16th in the Greece Talks organized by travel.gr and protothema.gr at Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) addressing challenges when “navigating tourism amongst permacrisis & climate change. In a nutshell, it was addressed that we need an understanding that the tourism industry is ultimately at greater risk because of the impact it will have on the world than vice versa. This double materiality approach shows that tourism development must signal ethos.

H.E. Mr. Kyriakos Mitsotakis, Prime Minister of Greece as well as numerous distinguished speakers from the tourism industry participated in the conference.
