This makes Prodea HQ the 1st ever project in Greece to achieve a double sustainability certification. Significant challenges, such as the adaptive reuse of a listed building in the center of Athens, major technical constraints, and the corporate needs of the user, were overcome by the Project Team resulting in a renovated building that signals Prodea’s vision for the buildings we all want to work in.
