#LEED certification for #Zoia #Amalias Project developed by ZOIA !

We are excited to announce that the Zoia Amalias Project, located at central #Athens, which was developed by ZOIA, has achieved #LEED for Core & Shell certification at Silver level. The #majorrenovation of this existing building, which was abandoned for more than a decade, has contributed to the broader #urban #regeneration of a historic district as well as the extension of its lifespan.
