Just before the end of 2020, the #Orbit, a multi-storey major renovation project located at Kifissias avenue at #Athens, achieved #LEED v4 for Core & Shell certification at #Platinum level and became the 1st LEED v4 Platinum project in #Greece. Accordingly, the “Orbit” has officially become part of the LEED Earth campaign which rewards the first LEED v4 projects in any country!

The Orbit implemented management practices to prioritize building #efficiency, decrease #operational costs, #increase asset value and ensure productivity, comfort, health and wellbeing for occupants, hence meeting investment’s #ESG goals.
