This 20,000m2 office building located at Piraeus str. 222, #Athens #Greece has recently achieved LEED for #Operations & #Maintenance at #Gold level. This result was achieved after implementing practical and measurable strategies in areas including #sustainable #operations, #water savings, #energyefficiency, #wastemanagement and indoor environmental quality. The LEED certification of “Building 222 Pireos Street” delivers a comprehensive framework for resilience to #climatechange that helps its tenants communicate achievement of #ESG goals to stakeholders and addresses the overall environmental #footprint.

The building was originally designed by Kokkinou – Kourkoulas Architects & Associates and developed by DIMAND S.A. in 2008.
