#ESG, #eutaxonomy and #greenfinance challenges through #futureproofing #architecture were discussed at this year’s #Prodexpo. Significant opportunities are emerging, along with challenges that investors need to consider, since new transparency and sustainability obligations as well as responsibilities for all stakeholders are introduced. All decisions about real estate development must be taken on a life-cycle approach rather based on the upfront cost.
