#LEED certification for #Pileas Logistic Center developed by Trastor REIC !

We are excited to announce that “Pileas Logistic Center”, a #warehouse facility owned by #Trastor, has achieved LEED certification at Silver level, thus becoming the first ever warehouse in #Greece to achieve LEED. This significant milestone for the industry signals its transition to more #sustainable facilities and to advancing #sustainability in the built environment. Our collaborative efforts with the entire Project Team, have paved the way for the Project to establish a benchmark for warehouses in Greece. Therefore, by achieving LEED certification, the Pileas Logistic Center has maximized benefits that are seen across all sectors such as building and operating a resource-efficient, healthy facility as well as established a framework for fulfilling #ESG goals of owner and tenant, keeping up with market competition and demonstrating continuous commitment to #environmental sustainability.
