We are proud that the #Value Office Building, formerly occupied by the historic newspaper #Eleftherotypia, has just achieved #LEED certification at #Gold level. This #majorrenovation project enabled the upgrade of an existing building structure expanding its lifespan, effectively reusing building materials and lowering associated #embodiedcarbon. Yet, the #zerocarbon challenge is still great, however the Value Office Building will always be a reference project which succeeded not only in it its conversion to a modern #sustainable working space but also to a hub of an urban #regeneration for #Athens.
