#ESG Reports aren’t a replacement for real #sustainability in #realestate. 

New challenges set ESG in the forefront of resilient and sustainable real estate development. There is a growing consensus that ESG issues are material to sustainable real estate development. While more scrutiny of ESG claims is needed, investors and stakeholders who focus solely on ESG disclosure may be missing the point. The double materiality approach has just arisen.
