Adidas Outlet Otopeni Store, located in Bucharest, has been certified with LEED for Interior Design at Silver level. This retail project is one of the unique examples in the sphere of “green” retail spaces in Romania, in which the areas of different profiles are combined. In the certification project, innovative solutions such as water-saving plumbing, energy efficient HVAC systems and lighting and control, as well as ongoing communication of LEED and sustainability were realized for this Adidas Outlet. As a result, Adidas Outlet Otopeni received high LEED ratings in all main categories. This Project has been the first endeavor of DCarbon in Romania.
