PwC Greece’s new headquarters, The Circle, is a 15,000 m² office building located in Marousi, Athens. Designed and developed by Dimand, the building has been awarded LEED v4 for Building Design & Construction at the Gold level, marking a significant achievement in sustainable real estate development. It is also on track to obtain WELL certification, reinforcing a commitment to occupant health and well-being.

Through the integration of practical and measurable strategies across key areas such as energy and water efficiency, materials optimization, embodied carbon reduction, waste minimization, and indoor environmental quality, the building sets a strong example of responsible development in the Greek market.

Once WELL certified, it will stand among the few projects in Greece pursuing this dual recognition, helping redefine modern workplace standards in the country.
