The “Buildings for People with -special- Abilities”, located in the Ellinikon, specifically designed to cater to differently-abled citizens with special needs, have achieved LEED Platinum certification!

Besides the significance of this achievement from an environmental perspective, this sustainability certification emphasizes the inherent inclusivity of the endeavor. By prioritizing the needs of a special group of our community, the Project fosters a sense of belonging and dignity for all members of The Ellinikon community.

Special thanks to EKTER SA, the Project’s General Contractor, for their trust but primarily for the opportunity given to our Team to be part of such a deeply meaningful project that signals a lot more than another LEED building; it keeps reminding our community that sustainability without inclusivity is incomplete.
